Correcting Posterolateral Condyle Chip Fracture

History: 37-yr-old had a fall in the bathroom, resulting in a rare case of posterolateral condyle chip fracture.

Case: Although this is a non-weight bearing area, the osteochondral body has to be removed as fixing it through open surgery is impossible.

The fragment was arthroscopically removed and a microfracture was done at the defect so that fibro cartilage can develop there.
