Successful Fixation of Rare Shoulder Labral Tear Using Arthroscopic Technique

History: 26 year old male patient was unable to perform routine activities due to shoulder injury.

Case: A young male pilot had a very rare global labral tear of 360o from the glenoid that caused severe pain and inability to perform any normal activity using his injured hand. Dr. Amyn Rajani successfully repaired the circumferential global labral tear by 3 portal Arthroscopic technique using 6 anchors. This will help him use his arm in its normal range. It would take 5 weeks for his arm to be actively mobilized followed by pendulum and strengthening exercises.
