In a rare feat, Dr. Rajani successfully managed to find a place in the prestigious Limca Book of Records for performing total knee replacement on 98-year-old, Ali Saleh Hussein.
The Limca Book of Records states that, Dr. Rajani a knee & shoulder surgeon affiliated to Saifee Hospital and Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai performed left total knee replacement (TKR) on Ali Saleh Hussein Tauhif (Born- 19th July, 1915) in an hour at Breach Candy Hospital on December 11, 2013.
